just a little digital scrap i did just to play with digital media for a while, maybe partly inspired by a beautiful and touching Maria Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska's poem "A photograph".
Maria Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska
"Fotografia"
Jesli się miało szczeście, które się nie trafia:
czyjeś ciało i ziemię całą,
a zostanie fotografia,
to - to jest bardzo mało.
***
(in a very clumsy amateurish and rhymeless translation into English the poem would go something like:
"A photograph"
If one had had the happiness that hardly happens:
someone's body and the whole world,
and if later only a photograph remains
then - it's so very little.
Maria Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska- brilliant and unforgettable Polish poet(1891-1945)

Che filosofo buffon! /In che misero grotton/ Sempre in gran meditazion /Vaneggiando se ne sta!
-Salieri, "La Ra La"
Imagination is more important than knowledge. -Albert Einstein
this gives out a gloomy aura, but it's beautiful overall

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
